Indulge in breathtaking ocean views from the elevated mountain retreat rooms, each uniquely designed with open-air, palm-thatched roofs, handcrafted with love by local artisans—though it's worth noting, many of these cozy havens are not air-conditioned. For a lavish experience, opt for the Beach Casitas facing the ocean, complete with a refreshing plunge pool and A/C. Just a heads up, the retreat involves a good amount of walking and stair climbing, adding an adventurous touch, but it's not the best fit for those with knee-related concerns.

Only the excursions & workshops mentioned on this page are included. Any additional excursions, experiences, spa treatments, and alcohol will be the responsibility of the attendee and not of Inner Warrior Yoga.

Erin, a seasoned teacher at the studio, collaborates with Kerry in training new yoga instructors and organizing various workshops, sound healings, and global yoga retreats. Together, they form a dynamic duo with exceptional teaching skills to enrich your yoga retreat experience.

Erin Cranston
Erin Cranston, specializing in Hatha/Vinyasa yoga, brings over a decade of meditation practice and a Usui Reiki 2 certification to her teaching. She continuously evolves her practice through various yoga modalities like yin, aerial, Vedic Thai, and movement therapy, cultivated during her extensive journey through India, Thailand, Singapore, and the U.S. Inspired by her mentor Namdrol Rinpoche, Erin skillfully integrates his modern perspectives into her teaching. Beyond yoga, Erin's passions include crystals, mantras, and horticulture, expressing her love for flow art, feng shui, and exploration through diving and hiking. At home, her altar is the centerpiece of her evolving Vajrayana Buddhism practice.
