Return to Yourself

Reawaken your Inner Warrior

This Is Not a Typical Guatemala Vacation...

Most people experience Guatemala by moving quickly from one destination to the next.

This retreat was designed differently.

Our journey blends adventure, cultural immersion, yoga, meditation, and deep restoration.

It's designed to help you slow down, connect with the experience, and create space to hear what everyday life often drowns out.

Because Guatemala isn't just a place you visit.

It's a place that invites you to return to yourself.

Surrounded by volcanoes, ancient Mayan traditions, vibrant villages, and the breathtaking beauty of Lake Atitlán, we'll create space for both exploration and reflection.

Our days will include meaningful experiences on and around the lake, opportunities to connect with local culture, daily yoga and meditation practices, and time to simply be.

To sit by the water.

To watch the sunrise over the volcanoes.

To breathe deeply.

To reconnect with what matters most.

This is more than a retreat.

It's an opportunity to step away from the noise, rediscover your sense of wonder, and return home feeling grounded, inspired, and deeply connected—to yourself, to nature, and to a community of like-minded travelers.

Stand on the shores of Lake Atitlán, where volcanoes rise from the water and time slows.

Walk through vibrant Mayan villages surrounded by color, tradition, and living culture.

Feel the presence of an ancient wisdom that still lives in the land, inviting you return to yourself.

Return To Yourself in Guatemala

Rather than rushing from one destination to the next, we'll create space to fully experience Guatemala—to connect with the land, the culture, and ourselves.

Each day is intentionally balanced with:

• Exploration of Lake Atitlán's charming villages, local traditions, markets, and natural wonders

• Daily yoga and meditation practices to ground the body and awaken the spirit

• Meditation, reflection, and nervous system regulation practices to help integrate the experience

• Time to rest, connect, journal, or simply soak in the beauty of the lake and surrounding volcanoes

• Meaningful conversations and shared experiences that foster genuine connection and community

This rhythm allows the journey to unfold naturally—blending adventure, cultural immersion, and deep restoration.

You return home with unforgettable memories, lifelong friendships, and a renewed sense of connection to yourself.

You leave with greater clarity, perspective, and trust in your own inner wisdom.

This is what makes the experience so powerful.

It's not just about visiting Guatemala.

It's about experiencing it in a way that stays with you long after you return home.

"If you want a profound life changing experience, then inner warrior retreats are the way to go. Kerry Tice is impeccably organized and gracious leader. I went on a retreat the Chiang Mai, Thailand with him. He helped make travel and logistics easy and seamless. Even when my flight was delayed he got me a hotel room immediately. He was always responsive to calls and texts. He had transportation for me at the airport. His teachings and yoga practices expand your souls calling. He had relationships and connections with every place we went so we felt like VIP guests. Truly the most fun and nourishing experience for my mind/body and soul. I felt completely taken care of would go again and again."

Meet Your Retreat Host:
Kerry Tice

I never saw myself as particularly spiritual until my travels, teachers, and Inner Warrior journey ignited a flame that now burns brightly within me. Through that journey, I discovered the beauty of simply being with myself—slowing down, listening deeply, and reconnecting with who I truly am. It is this acceptance, connection, and sense of belonging that I hope to share with you.

Yoga played a profound role in healing my body, mind, and spirit after a severe back injury. Through years of practice and teaching, I've helped hundreds of students discover their own path inward. Along the way, I've learned that some of our greatest healing happens in stillness, in nature, and in the moments when we remember that we are already whole.

Travel has been one of my greatest teachers. Places like Thailand, Mexico, Peru, and now Guatemala have shown me that transformation often happens when we step outside of our routines and into the unknown. Each journey has helped me shed another layer, trust myself more deeply, and reconnect with what matters most.

There is something special about Guatemala. Surrounded by volcanoes, ancient traditions, and the breathtaking beauty of Lake Atitlán, it invites you to slow down, listen, and remember who you are beneath the noise of everyday life.

I finally discovered that what I had spent years searching for in the world was already within me. My hope is to share the practices, experiences, and insights that helped me find my way home—and create a space where you can do the same.

I invite you to join me in Guatemala for a week of yoga, adventure, cultural immersion, and meaningful connection as we awaken the Inner Warrior within.
